• Payment info: processed by Stripe; we do not store card details

• Managing conversation context (topic detection, Fact extraction)
• Customer support
• Usage analysis and fraud prevention

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service providers: Cloudflare (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Google (AI model provider)
• Legal compliance: when required by law

4. AI Model Data Transmission

Conversation content is sent to a trusted third-party AI service to generate responses. This includes the context Polarist compiles for each turn (recent turns, topic summaries, extracted Facts). Please review the respective provider's privacy policy.

5. Data Storage

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Anonymous user data is deleted after 7 days. Logged-in user data is retained while the account is active.

• Access and correct your data
• View, edit, or delete extracted Facts
• Delete your account (including all data)
• Export your data (planned feature)

We use cookies for authentication session management only. No advertising cookies are used.
