These Terms govern your use of Polarist AI (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "User" means any individual who uses the Service.
• "Content" means text you input and responses the Service generates.
• "Facts" means structured information the Service extracts from conversations.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for your account security. Anonymous (non-logged-in) data is deleted after a set period.

4. Service Description

The Service provides AI-powered conversation. AI responses are informational and not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Consult a professional for important decisions.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Violating applicable laws or public order
• Interfering with the Service's operation
• Infringing on rights of other users or third parties
• Unauthorized data collection or scraping
• Reverse engineering or other analysis

6. Pricing & Billing

The Free plan includes a set number of daily turns. Pro plan pricing is listed on the pricing page. Payments are processed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; billing stops at the next billing date.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your input Content. The operator may use generated responses to improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The operator is not liable for damages from service interruption, suspension, or changes, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Changes to Terms

The operator may modify these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect upon posting to this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
